We hope you absolutely love your Tres Infinitas pieces. Each item is intentionally crafted and sent with care. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to support you within the following guidelines:
☼ Clothing — Exchange Only
We offer exchanges on clothing items within 12 days of delivery.
To qualify:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges are accepted for a different size or style of equal value, based on availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
To initiate an exchange, email us at hello@tresinfinitas.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
✧ Yoga Mats — Final Sale
Due to hygiene and handling standards, all yoga mat purchases are final sale.
Once a yoga mat has been opened or used, it is not eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure you’ve selected the color and style you love before checking out.
If your yoga mat arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos — we’ll make it right.
✧ Refunds
At this time, we do not offer refunds, only exchanges on clothing items as outlined above.
☽ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@tresinfinitas.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right with love and care.
